The Romantic Tarot sets the Rider-Waite-Smith structure within the atmosphere of the Victorian era, bringing an added layer of emotional intensity to the familiar archetypes. What makes the deck especially distinctive is its approach to the Minor Arcana: each suit is associated with one of Europe’s most celebrated cities, with Wands assigned to Paris, Cups to Venice, Swords to Vienna, and Pentacles to Rome. Giulia F.
